01 - Consultation & Guidance

Every storage space differs & every customer has different needs depending
on the their goods.

Installation performed to the highest standard to meets or exceeds all necessary regulations and guidelines.

Palletower’s expert team works alongside you to meet all of your warehouse storage, pallet racking and industrial shelving needs. Our experienced consultants will arrange 
a site visit & sit down with you to fully understand your requirements. Considerations include the goods being managed, the logistics systems and the individual 
warehouse environment.

Once we have defined a clear set of objectives and design parameters, our team will be working 
to deliver the best possible solution both from a space and cost saving point of view. Our pallet racking and shelving systems are all manufactured to ISO quality standards and UK Warehouse Industry Standards as set out by the Storage Equipment Manufacturers Association (“SEMA”).

02 - Bespoke Design

Turn your project goals into reality, our team of in-house designers work with you to create a bespoke solution.

With a clear set of objectives and design parameters, our team will work to deliver the best possible space and cost-efficient solution.

Our pallet racking and shelving systems are all manufactured to ISO quality standards and UK Warehouse Industry Standards as set out by the Storage Equipment Manufacturers Association (“SEMA”).

To turn your project into reality, our team of in-house designers will use the specification and the brief to create a set of bespoke CAD drawings. In addition, our industry expertise will identify the correct specification of materials and construction methods for your project.

Upon completion of the drawings our estimators will identify the most cost-efficient combination of construction and materials. Our goal is to specify the most cost effective and competitive project quotation. This allows us to deliver a complete proposal for your final approval.

03 - INSTALLATION

Installation performed to the highest standard to meets or exceeds all necessary regulations and guidelines.

Our team will manage your project from the order placement to the installation itself. We make sure everything is completed to the highest safety standards and your product specifications.

Our Project Manager and network of experienced, SEIRS-qualified installation teams work with you to ensure a smooth process with minimal disruption and downtime. Our Safecontractor accreditation and our racking installations all meet SEMA standards ensuring the highest standards from start to finish.

04 - After Care. Repairs, Inspection

Our commitment doesn’t end at the handover, as local experts we can provide long term aftercare.

Our SEMA-accredited specialists provide regular inspections and maintenance to keep your racking safe and compliant.

With localised support, we will respond swiftly and collaborate closely to support, queries, maintenance, or rack inspections.

05 - Decommissioning

We are experts in SEMA Compliant Racking Decommissioning and Disposal.

As your business demands change over time so will the demands of your warehouse.

This can ultimately mean a change of design or decommissioning of your existing racking. We can provide the advice and full service to decommission your old racking. We can ensure SEMA compliant inspections to all materials, disposing of anything that is beyond repair in an environmentally friendly way
