This model stands out by offering an impressive overall height of 1130mm. While closely mirroring the features of our popular 975mm foldable pallet box, the foldable box is a game-changer for bulkier products and optimising trailer use.

Optional Drop Door Format: The Tall FLC can also be supplied without the drop doors if required.

For Use in Automated Systems and Pallet Racking: The consistent dimensions of the container and the 1200x1000mm footprint with 3 runners allows the container to be used on automated systems featuring conveyors and high bay racking. The strong structural base and side walls allow for high loads to be moved and stored with minimal deflection, optimising the put away and retrieval functions in a warehouse.

Strong and Easy to Operate: The double skin wall structure of the Tall FLC makes the unit strong and easy to operate when erecting and folding. The side wall hinges are also recessed into the base to make the unit easy to clean if required. The drop door is simple to open and close with no complicated mechanisms.

Sustainability & Palletower’s Plastic Pallet Box

The tall collapsible pallet box is moulded in virgin grade HDPE (high-density polyethylene) material, designed to enhance not just storage and handling but environmental responsibility too.  Just like all of our plastic pallets boxes, the tall FLC is highly durable and readily recycled at the end of its useful working life. Every box can be collected and recycled to produce new, sustainable plastic boxes, so you won’t ever have to contribute to landfill waste.
