  • What is the plastic manufacturing and injection moulding process?

    At Palletower we produce plastic pallet boxes through a precise, repeatable injection moulding process: 1. Material preparation: HDPE or PP granules are loaded into the moulding machine. 2. Heating and melting: The granules are heated until they reach a molten state. 3. High-pressure injection: Molten plastic is injected into a precision-engineered mould. 4. Cooling and solidification: The material cools and forms the final pallet box structure. 5. Ejection and finishing: The mould opens, and the finished product is removed and quality checked.
