    Demountable roll containers

    Demountable side pieces are also invaluable when transporting roll pallets. Dismantled cages take up much less space in a truck or van – important when returning to base after a delivery. You may require fewer vehicles for example, resulting in lower fuel and labour costs.

    Simple to assemble and dismantle

    Worried about the time and effort it takes to assemble and dismantle dismountable roll pallets? Rest assured that both processes are remarkably quick and simple. The side panels fit securely into ready-made slots on the base unit and are equally easy to remove.

    Choice of bases

    The standard Palletower demountable wheeled base is engineered in high quality steel with 125mm nylon castors, although other wheel options are available. Rubber castors are recommended when noise reduction is a priority.

    Our demountable roll containers can also be supplied with plastic bases that are easy to clean, and therefore preferred when hygiene is an important consideration – in food processing environments, pharmaceutical businesses and healthcare facilities among others.

    Two, three or four-sided

    Different operations involving roll pallets demand different degrees of access, so we offer demountable units with two, three or four removable sides, each with three variable height options. Four sided pallets also have a split gate for further flexibility. All frames are made in 20-25mm high quality tubular steel with steel rod infill sides.

    Security is one of the principal reasons for choosing Palletower roll pallets, so it’s good to know that our demountable roll pallets are constructed with full 50x50mm steel mesh infill sides, and a lid to protect valuable merchandise from above. Bright zinc plate and gold passivate finishers are an additional durability and corrosion resistance feature.
